Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or Replacements Are Granted If:
- We made a production error
- Items arrive damaged
- Incorrect items were shipped
📸 Photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Issues
Creative Illuzionz is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
